Helena C. Rychlicki

Helena C. Rychlicki is a partner in the firm. In her intellectual property practice, Helena has been involved in all aspects of IP litigation in Delaware. She also represents clients in defense of Fair Credit Reporting Act Litigation. In addition, Helena has been appointed for a four-year term (2020-2024) to the Special Masters Panel for complex civil cases in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Prior to becoming an attorney, Helena was a Scientist for a large plastics company.
