Seton C. Mangine

Seton Mangine practices with the corporate and commercial law team of Pinckney, Weidinger, Urban & Joyce, LLC. Ms. Mangine focuses on civil litigation as well as employment law matters. She has Delaware Chancery Court trial experience and works on a variety of corporate and alternative entity issues, including fiduciary advice and litigation, employment law matters including employment agreements, noncompete disputes, agency agreements and indemnification and advancement issues. Ms. Mangine also has experience with energy-related clients, intellectual property and trust litigation.
